★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HUGE CON-TRICK.
Probably the worst bus service.
Was recommended the Nice "Executive" Bus for superior service.
11:25 from KL SENTRAL was "canceled" because bus broke down, as was the following one! Two "Executive" buses cancelled: how convenient is that! Had to wait until 1300 for replacement ! Bus was a 40 seater instead of a smaller, more comfortable one. BUT, they already had the refund ready at the check-in !! (Forget about personal video-screens and all that rubbish !)
On reflexion ; probably the oldest con-trick in the world: they see if they've enough passengers for "your" bus and if not, pretext a breakdown to reschedule a later one. This one was CHOKA!!!
In fact, I'm willing to bet they play THAT trick on any day of the week !
They are: TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
THIS IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUDULENT, taking gullible western tourists for idiots.
THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO REPRESENT MALASIA IN THIS WAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never take this bus company ! It's a total con bus! Waited an hour more at Malaysia custom for another bus to arrive just because the bus we are on board doesn't have a road tax into Singapore. What kind of nonsense ? We paid $30 SGD per person for a ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore and they send a bus which can't enter Singapore and have us wait pass midnight and tomorrow we still need to face our Monday blue! Not gonna buy any ticket from this company anymore !

Waited for ONE hour for coach from KL to Singapore, AND still counting.
It's been a while since I took a coach from this company (probably more than 2 yrs ago) and thought it might have improved, apparently my guess was wrong.
Worn out and dirty lounge. Counter staff was simply slacking.
Very impressed that the company could survive till date.

It's ticket is much more expensive compare to the other bus company and the service promised in the booking sites cannot be found at all. Bus is old and many facilities is worn out. Chair cannot incline, tv is removed.
I can accept if the price for the ticket is same as other bus operator. But they charged way more higher then others.

Booked my bus from KL Sentral to Penang for the 10th Dec at 7.50pm. When I went to the counter at 7pm, they told me the bus broke down & the girl at the counter was “shocked” that the bus company did not contact me to inform me on the bus being broken down & all the other passengers have been moved to a 6pm bus.
I was shocked that they had informed everyone on the change of time but did not even bother to let me know.
So I was left in KL, stuck & has to waste extra money to get a flight back to Penang first thing in the morning because of work.
It’s really ridiculous & one of the worst Bus coach company ever. I will never ride with them ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bus I have taken. The seat recline is spoilt and no other seat to change to. There is no remote control either. It is warm and stuffy. The bus steward is friendly and accommodating but he can't fix the problems. It has been less than an hour into the ride and I am feeling sick and nauseous from the stuffiness and uncomfortable chair. I would like to get off and get another bus but too late! 1st and last time taking Nice. Really not so nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say, this is the best bus i ever experienced. the leg room is comfortable, so far quite punctual, clean and comfy, driver muslim so far-so they will stop to pray when its prayer time-so i can go to pray too. Unlike any other bus, they will stop in proper rnr/toilet/petrol station. Some buses i experienced they stop to a place with only have toilet, and the that toilet smells bad. i rather stay in the bus. but this bus, stop at petrol station, u can go pray, better toilet, grab some food/snacks. I like that they fetch their passenger at kl sentral coz TBS is just too crowded and always delay. KL sentral is better. No delay, not crowded, got 7E near waiting area, toilet in the KL sentral. It was a smooth journey. 5star for NICE BUS! Indeed its nice! I'm not sure why some people give bad review, but for me.. i never experienced those. i think i take this bus probably 4 times already. so far this is the best bus from kl-penang-kl. And they don't stop at Penang mainland. direct to sungai nibong. love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the ticket online for trip to Pulau Penang & was no idea where was the PICKING-UP POINT in KL Sentral for Nice Exec Coach. If you ask, most peoples will tell you to go to TBS then you will be in shock. I contacted the online customer officer, they told me was near Starbucks/Maybank. Seems like difficult to assure where to wait right? Well, to be exact, it's not in the bus station in KL Sentral but here; just look for NICE EXECUTIVE COACH counter at KL Sentral & nearest to the counter there is a glass door, outside the door, that's the picking-up point.
For those whom like me got early ticket to Pulau Penang before office hour where their counters are closed. I upload here pictures of the surrounding view of the pick-up point. You just have to be there on time & the NICE coach will appear there.
If you are still isn't sure, just confirm with those porters around there, these heroes could assure you you get to the right point; they are there all the time. Enjoy your trip!
