โ โ โ โ โ Be careful if you are a visitor. there are assigned individual visitor parking lot. Guards at the gate will not tell you this. Your car will get clamp if you do not park at assigned individual parking spot. RM 200 to unclamp your car. This is extortion. Glad to contribute to the beautiful garden

โ โ โ โ โ Modern luxurious condominium with wide variety of facilities, with some of them are not available in other condominiums such as the mini zoo ??
There is a nice swimming pool in the 8th floor and and another one on the top floor with breathtaking view. Overall, the condo is one of the best ,especially since it has been constructed by Exsim which is well-known in high quality ?

โ โ โ โ โ The place you gone enjoy one swimming pool at level 8 and other is at every block individual at level 41, they have Basketball court, Tanis court, kids swimming pool and toddlers play area at level 8. Also they have Surau at level 8. One gym at level 8, and rest are open gym at level 8 and with every block at top floor level 41. Two sky lounge and also have open lounge at the top floor, alongside with open gym, yoga desk. Can view the whole city while having coffee, swimming or just hanging around in afternoon.
