★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the Flat is very kind and i found her very concern. She was constantly in touch during the tour. All my privacy was up to the mark. She has handed over the complete house to me for cooking aswell. if i like to. Its good to stay here. Only1 star is less bcoz of its location which is away from city main area . otherwise every thing is good as it was committed. Thank You!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best condos so far I have seen. Not exaggerating, this is by far the best in its price range. View is superb, KL Tower and KLCC at the same time when you're at the pool deck. Superb facilities, double-storey gym is magnificent with the view. Good job EXSIM

Just 15 minutes driving to KLCC.
We love the Airbnb flat we stayed in there.
For breakfast, a lot of choice within 15 minutes walking around, believe me :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building and really secure. The security is 24/7 at de entrance and each tower as private security. You need a card to get to each level, which add to the secure concept.
The rooftop pool is beautiful, lot of room to receive guest. The gym as an impressive view but it needs better AC.
You can't hear the sound from the other apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent view, you can see the entire KL from the pool area. The place is good for a garden party. It has a fridge, sink counter and a karaoke place. It comes complete with table and chairs as well. The pool is also great. The place is well maintained. Can accommodate about 50 people easily. Parking is horrible though for visitors. Long walk to the lift. Guard speak min English so it's hard to ask for directions
