★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this saloon.. Really comfortable, staff so friendly and price so affordable.. I did my scalp treatment here (package) my hair getting better.. I tried their shampoo, conditioner and hair tonic as well..looks like really suitable for my hair.. Before this , i hv probs with hair fall and dry.. Anyways.. Should go to this saloon really recommended? thanks ya for welcoming ur customer.. Very satisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here 3 times, with an appointment. Took my seat, waited like dumb > 30mins, before finally getting to have my service. Super slow service, never a sorry for the delay all 3 times. Can see staffs are rather tired too having to run from one customer to another to juggle. To management, stop taking in appointments if you know you’ve got your hands full. Don’t waste peoples time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gotten my hair cut and washed, plus bring back home a virus caught from one of the staff which resulted me suffers a week of cough. I noticed one of the staff was coughing (visit on 10th March) frm time to time while performing her duties. Direct contact with me coz she washed and blow my hair. She wore mask all the time yes but having a salon that is covered (since it designed for muslim ladies) and one entrance door for in and out was probably the major part of getting the virus caught effortlessly. No ventilation, not airy and not practical, I must say. To add on, the hairstylist that was tasked to cut my hair had it done so poorly & not as per requested and it was a huge disappointment. This place is more like training platform for the staff and we are their live experiment. Not gonna come here again. As an individual, when you are feeling unfit for work, pls be responsible so you don’t spread virus to others. Im a housewife and my sejahtera check-in history wasn’t that long or hard to tell me where I got the virus from. The last thing I want is to bring home the virus to my beloved kids and choosing a covered area to cut your hair was the risk not worth taking AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here before for hair relaxing. I told them earlier i want to do hair relaxing not rebonding. But after do their head scan etc she said i have dandruff problem and etc etc problem that i have to do treatment . At first they asked me to take the package rm760++ for dandruff treatment and relaxing very expensive compared to previous salon i went just cost me rm80 for dandruff treatment and rm260 for relaxing?I was there for almost 5 hours for takes very long time i dont mind as long as the result is good but unfortunately and i feel very disappointed because my hair done not as what im expecting. My hair looks very unnatural not like what im asking them to do. Will never go here ever again ???? im sorry very disappointed because i pay very expensive so im expecting good result la hm

My first experience and its not really pleasant ☹️ The staff used nails to wash my scalp and it causes me pain :( i was wondering during the session if thats really how they do it bcs its not painful whenever i do hair wash elsewhere. Not sure if i want to repeat here again or not, its painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let start with the environment. It a Muslimah friendly salon. All the staff was nice. They started with the scalp scanning which I find weird because I didn't even request it. They scanned my scalp and told me the scalp is red etc. Yes Im very well aware of it. They suggested me for scrub and so call 'special' shampoo. I take it and I guess that how they want to up sale. The shampoo part was abit pain, so the stylist knew that my scalp was red and sensitive but still used nail while shampoo and wash my hair. I have to bear with the pain, thankfully it wasnt that bad. When it comes to blow dry, the stylist know very well my hair is curve at the back because of my hair Bob hairstyle, the stylist should know which brush to use etc. But she just blow it straight and left with one weird dent at the back of hair which I have to fix using my hand. This is the best part, before do my hair the stylist told me the price is RM70 but when it come pay it became RM75. For me for wash and blow together with the scrub and special shampoo which I don't know if they are using it. It kinda pricey in my opinion. My first and last go there.
Sorry this is honestly opinion. Never going back there again.

Scalp treatment
I had informed that my scalp had psoriasis. However, their scalp treatment made my scalp worse, indicating that their scalp treatment was not suitable for sensitive.
Haircut and hairstyle
They gave me a hairstyle to choose from their catalog but they didn't cut it as per style and my hair ended up looking like a prisoner. As per their explained because my hair was straight and thick, they couldn't cut as per the style.
Wash
They did the hairwash before hair cut and didn't drying hair before did the hair cut. After the haircut they did the drying but still had excess hair clipped so I had to wash afterward.
