★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the beautician was ok but quiet disappointed during the facial time, she did cleansed my face and the water goes in to my nose and I have never experience something like that and it's my first time. I think she need to learn more, every time she cleansing my face, the water goes every where, to my nose, my ears and my eyes... wasn't my expectation to be honest. Not sure if I will be back again, but the spa very clean and satisfied.
