8 hari barang x sampai2 lg.. Bila tracking, 'parcel is being delivered'.. Lepas tu tiba2 update 'Delivery is unsuccessful - Our Ninja was at location, but could not reach the recipient'.. Kemudian update lg.. 'Parcel is being returned to sender'.. KEPALA HOTAK DIORG LA.. VERY10 BAD SERVICE !!

Ninjavan johor jaya doesn't deserve any star. You cheated me. I didn't receive any parcel but how come the status completed with fake sign? Buat kerja berstatus halal, ambik barang orang tu, haram. Tipu sign tu, haram. Tolong la pulangkan. I tried to call your office, too many times. Macam sengaja mute as if there's no one there. Do things right, please.

Had no issues collecting my parcel there. Sure the place looks old and messy but why does it matter to anyone? Ninja Van staff have always been nothing but polite and helpful to me.

My parcel was unsuccessfully deliver. No failed delivery note given. After confirming with the delivery guy he said will put a note on my parcel for self pick up. He gave me an address for self pick up. When my hubby went to the hub. The staff said it was send back to seller. So we contacted seller. Seller said they did not receive it. When i check tracking again via online. It clearly stated it was still in their johor hub. So i called customer service for reschedule the delivery. Back and flow with the call and email to customer service. Finally i was hope to get my parcel during my off day. I waited and waited. Till 5pm in the noon. I was worried and call the helpline. They said its already out for delivery. Please be expected your driver to call you when they reach. It is still in active delivery time from 9am-10pm. Please be patient they said. OK .. I waited and waited again. Up to 10pm. No one call me. No delivery guy show up whole day. No call. No show. Great. I waste whole day expecting it to come. Wow. Marvelous job ninjavan. So i checked the online tracking. Wow i would really gv it a five star... No show, no call, no nothing. I waited whole day. From their active delivery time 9am-10pm. Great. The status was, customer not at home. I try to call helpline. This time the line is not in use? Try again, this line is currently busy. This is the worse i had gone through a courier service ever in my life. Irresistibly irritating. I hope your staff can be more responsible. I just want my parcel. Can you just gv a better service ? Do we need to write a report to customer service right department? I want solution.

The worst courier ever! My parcel arrive at Ninja Van Taman Molek on 5th June 2021 and until now they still process the parcel. Why it took so long ?!!!!

call not answer !!! my parcel has been arrived at Johor JAYA warehouse 2 days already , but failed delivery. Very surprise ! My brother successfully delivered! We’re same address! And same date shipping with the same seller and same date out for delivery of ninjavan! The funny reason for unsuccessfully delivery is refuse entry , premises closed ! Once again, my brother had been received the parcel same from ninjavan! Same date of out for delivery! absolute ridiculous! I want to write a feedback to NIKE(ESW) if not receive by tomorrow 29OCT2021 !

No star is deserve for Ninja Van, but no choice I have to choose 1 star to post my review. My parcel arrive at Johor Jaya hub, and the delivery time is lapse, customer service tell me that they are facing lack of driver, the next day the customer service tell me that there is an issue with my parcel, may I know what issue it can be? Still need to do investigation, I feel very ridiculous, Custom already release my parcel, what is the issue with Ninja Van? Bad experience ever!!!
