★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I am not impressed with the service. Once money was banked in, there was no form of initiation from their end to set a date for delivery. After a few emails + whatsapp, the person in charge only gives me a reply using a thumbs up icon! Finally I got to lock in a mutual date for delivery and again zero initiation to give me an estimate time of delivery. When came noon, I had to ring the PIC and PIC said will revert but never did and I had to follow up with a 2nd call and obvious did make an effort to follow up. In the end, the PIC rang to say “truck problem” and will deliver it personally and during delivery there was no apology or even to introduce himself properly. Overall, bad customer service, poor communication skills and lacking the decorum.
