★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at home waiting for my parcel and later in the evening i see the status of my parcel 'failed to deliver (not at home)'. And when i clicked reschedule, it didnt send me to link. I've tried 3 times. This is the worst delivery I've ever encountered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cocky person in charge...needs some humility, kind of arrogant... doesn't really know company's rules and regulations...Tak apa attitude....KPIs should be introduced to check on those cocky ones or company can start loosing customers due to this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services. I waited for the whole day for my parcel to arrive but it didnt arrive. Took a leave so that i can collect my parcel. Disappointed with this kind of service. Please ask you drivers and riders to completely deliver the parcels before going back to their home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the beginning, parcel took quite long to deliver, and i am the having same problem as other users, never called and simply said unsuccessful delivery. But i won't say its the company's fault because after the unsuccessful delivery i reached out for them through a few social media and they patiently guided me to the customer service live chat with great attitude which i am really grateful for. Tips for those that haven't receive parcel, just go to their official customer service live chat, its quick and easy. Most of them also have very good attitude. The delivery driver also okok la... He called me before delivery this time( after i talked to the customer service) but he didn't show me any rude face or whatsoever. End of the day, we are all the same. Just want a good job. Everyone please be patient. I am sure its not easy for them to deliver under the hot sun. Overall, thank you ninjavan! My parcel reached in good condition.
