โ โ โ โ โ Ninja van is the worst, i just regretted...Suppose to receive my parcel last week and here i am still waiting for the parcel till today...no news checked in the tracking portal it shows already came to batu caves hub but checked next day it shows it went back to hq..Called customer service have to wait 30 minutes for them to pick up the call and while explaining they cut the call..Again i called them the 2nd time..The lady was helpfull but not sure weather i can receive it on time as she cannot give assurance for when i will receive it..Lousy service...Too many parcel and high volume of parcel is not my problem..other courier service can do it but ninja cannot...Really funny...they dont deserve 1 star also...

โ โ โ โ โ Parcel buy from lazada.but send by ninjavan .parcel arrived segambut .when come collect parcel and they say send back to HQ shah alam for scanning process ?and need wait send back to batu caves . Easy things they made it difficult.

โ โ โ โ โ The worst courier service to be happened on earth. I have been waiting for my parcel for almost one month and the status of the parcel hasn't been updated. After one month from estimated delivery date then they updated "we are terribly sorry to inform that your parcel has been lost during the transit"....like you guys are so irresponsible. I tell you what you guys don't deserve even a star. And the interesting fact is this is not the first time.
