I told the guy I'll be home around 12.30pm, he said okie. when I called him around 12.30pm he said he passed the parcel to his friend, his friend will deliver, and then he gave me contact number, I called a few times since 12.30pm until 2pm only that guy picked up my call and told me he can only deliver around 6pm. if there's an option for 0 star, I will not hesitate to give ninjavan that rating, the rating is 1/10 or lower instead of 1/5 because they deserve it

It takes two days to come from Butterworth to Penang Island! It has been two weeks since my normal delivery and I haven't received it yet.
