★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 'Pickup attempt due to no parcel to pickup???' "seller has to rearrange for shipment?" why?? I had drop My parcel to drop point but at system no parcel?? Bad servis.. Always late shipment.. Data always no update.. I always have to commute to check the package whether it has been picked up or not.. Bukan pertama kali terkena mcm ni.. Last to use ninja van.. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, taking too much to deliver stuff. Not working on Friday either. Status update is very slow. All I can advice is don’t use this posting service if you’re in Kedah area. Only if I used other postage service I would have get my parcel earlier. Please don’t recommend to your friends/family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad to delivery my parcel .first and second day reason from ninja van , residential address but no one to receive .Why your stuff can't call or what'app me .I'm still not receive my parcel.(betui ka hangpa mai umah tak ada org.aku sehari tak p mana duk tunggu barang ja dari tarikh dan masa hangpa kata parcel out to delivery)
