โ โ โ โ โ This is a very terrible courier! My experience, parcel stuck more then a month and nobody able to help. I been called around, the only answer is, Give me sometime and Iโll call you back. AND THEY NAVER WILL CALL BACK !!! They are trying to drag my time . Highly not recommend You to use this courier, your are take your on risk and parcel your will take such a long time arrive OR NEVER ARRIVE !!! ??

โ โ โ โ โ Ya. I'm facing same problem too. My parcel. Stacked over a month at their warehouse. Keep telling me 'waiting for container open' to release the goods. The admin told me had assigned the transporter deliver the parcel to me. But I called the transporter to confirm my parcel whether is with him or not. Unfortunately the transporter reply and said 'Madam parcel tiada sama saya'.
