Was checking about my old SCREEN PROTECTOR and problems associated with my Spen (stick of hphone in a Galaxy Note20Ultra). The supervisor Mr Po Kok and customer service assistant Ms Er Xin knew exactly what the problem is and solved it for me FOC. Great service & proactive. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not this branch. They don't even give proper information. Got a screen protector for 30 bucks and it started cracking on its own within 2 days. According to the guy this was a better quality one. Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff's attitude is terribly bad. They don't serve you or explain the product to you. All the time bothering to tie their hair and concern about their make up and look without bothering the customer. Even I ask for full transparent screen protector they also give me not fully transparent one.
Rather went to another outlet but not this. Really really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought ring and changed tempered glass for Vivo S1 Pro. My spouse bought cover and changed to tempered glass for Samsung Note 20.
Total waste for myself (didn't get to check with him if his purchase was okay).
It bubbles at the bottom due to my phone cover though i was sold convinced this screen protector isn't a full screen.
The ring slowly loosen n got ripped off.
Overall, waste of money. Previously i used a screen protector/ tempered glass that I got from Jusco bukit tinggi, level 1 if not mistaken. A booth concept shop..which is highly recommendable
