Itu hari saya beli samsung a50 kamera depan dan belakang agak miring posisi nya..
Lepas tu dia tak kasih kita tengok/check dulu segel sebelum buka kotak..pas buka, dia punya kotak sudah boleh buka..tak ada tengok dia buka segel.
Saya kira ya..hp sy memang product reject yang dia kasih.
Sy beli sudah seminggu sy baru tengok betul dia punya kamera miring..
Bukan maksud nak rusak nama kedai tac..
Siapa pun tak pasti happy apabila dapat hp reject.
Saya tak tau sengaja atau sengaja dia kasih sy hp reject.
Mesti nya orang beli hp kasih cek dulu lah kasih tengok segel belum buka lagi.
Sy tau boleh return ada waranty lagi..tapi boleh langsung kasih tukar baru ah tak payah tunggu lama

Seller mentioned"The box will be unseal", but it doesn't mean the seller can turn on my phone! How can I know the phone that the phone is a brand new phone or just a used handphone? Therefore, I call Honor Center about this case "Phone turn on by seller", the Honor center also told us the phone is not allowed to turn on by seller, it's direct damage the benefits of buyer. The seller directly call me, after discussion,seller agree to refund and return, but when I apply at shopee, the seller not keeping promises ?Please think twice before buying from this store?
