★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good phone accesories shops with a variety of phone cases, tempared glass screen protrctors and earphones . There is also some building block toys sold here and karaoke mics and speakers too. price wise is reasonable and some promo for case below rm20.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Ninjaz Seksyen 14 shop hoping to purchase a screen protector glass for my Huawei Mate 10 Pro. The shop assistance told me that he had only 1 type of screen protector for my type of handphone, and to my surprise he told me that I could have the screen protector FREE OF CHARGE. As usual I followed up asking him how much was the charges for affixing the screen protector to my handphone. Another surprise, the reply was also FOC (FREE OF CHARGE). Efficiently he removed the old protector Glass from my phone and re-affixed the New protector onto my phone. This Ninjaz Shop assistant really made my day. This is the 1st time I am getting something including fixing "FREE OF CHARGE " from a Handphone Accessories Shop. Thank you Ninjaz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second visit to Ninjaz phone accessories shop was pleasant. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
On my first visit during the second MCO in 2021, one of the assistants even put on my phone's screen protector at no charge. I had brought my own supply as the shop had no stock of the type for my phone model. I was expecting to at least pay for his trouble but the assistant waived the charges.
I felt grateful so I bought an LDNIO travel charger from the store instead from another seller.
My recent visit to Ninjaz was also a good experience. The female staff was friendly and she was adept at replacing UV cured, tempered UV glass protectors for my P30 Pro phone. The cost of the replacement tempered glass was one third of what I was charged for by one vendor in Digital Mall.
Ninjaz may not stock all the cases for every smartphone made in the last 2 years, but it does have at least one case for lesser known models like the Realme 5i and the Xiaomi Note 10. At just RM7 each, these are cheaper than some phone accessories shops charge for in Digital Mall.
Thanks Ninjaz, I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know if the workers is being honest or not. How come the price for my iphone screen protector is different every time I go. First time i went and pay for rm30 for the screen protector. Second time i went there the lady charge me rm20 for the same screen protector. The last time i went, one guy charge me for only rm9 . So yeah you guys can judge by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a screen protector here and the installation is better than the previous one I did in digital mall just beside this store. As long as you know what to get here, they are very nice to talk with. But the item here is not as much as SS2 branches. Maybe can add more variable of items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can say nothing about the service or products of the store itself. However, the blatant ableism of the signs at the store's entrance are so disrespectful and honestly quite disgusting. I chose not to give them my business.
As per the mask mandate, customers are required to wear masks whilst indoors. The way this store chooses to enforce the mandate is derogatory and extremely insensitive, from using ableist slurs, mocking disabilities, and just being unnecessarily aggressive & unprofessional.
