★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management has to train the staff not to stalk customers.
I was planning to get some accessories for my phone and was looking around and the staff was behind my every step the whole time.
While I understand they might have been instructed to do the stuff that she did in good intention, the end results is certainly not good. I felt stalked or she might be following me cuz she is worried I might steal stuff.
The shop and selection of stuff is interesting and colorful but I did not have the mood to shop further. It made me very uncomfortable and I ended up did not buy any stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service and product quality, Just bought Iphone 11 casing and screen protector with camera protector add on for RM128. The camera protector can't survey with key within same pocket which badly scratch. Return to shop and bring this up, they keep on saying the phone was knocked, very bad customer service experience and end up removed the camera protector just put up within an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to get some tempered glasses and cases and the price here is very decent compared to other shops. Cases also got a few options a d for many phone brands. Seller is polite and nice. So far haven't had any issues with their screen protector

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's similar to the nearby NinjaZ. There are many phone accessories like phone rings, phone waterproof bags, phone recording stands, wireless & wired earphones and more! They're really affordable. Besides that, they're selling this mobile recording studio that I'm a big fan of and saving up to buy. Definitely give this shop a visit when you go to SS2! Below are pictures of the first day (night). :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not one to leave reviews, but for this experience, I shall. If I could rate lower than a star, I would.
Bought the recommend (higher-end) smartphone charger set and was assured that the warranty would cover both the adapter and cable for 1 year. After less than a month, cable was spoilt and was asked to wait 2 weeks for the warranty claim - fine. Used for less than 3 weeks after the warranty claim and the cable head broke. Went back to the shop and was told that the same cable that was replace was free, so warranty is not included. If it was replaced before, why can’t it be replaced now was what I wondered. Asked for a explanation and the person says “all cables get spoilt after 1-2 months of usage”. I asked “are you saying all the cables that you sell will spoil in 1-2 months?”. He thinks awhile and tells me “not all lah but most”, and continues saying “it’s all like that one”. I don’t even want to ask why he sells products like that, but of the same brand as other shops for obvious reasons. From that moment onwards, it was pointless to even talk sense. Wasted my time and effort. Keep questioning him behind the logic but all he knew was some basic script. Worst of all, he said most of these thing even before checking.
Will complain to KPDNHEP when I have the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to change screen protector. Staff told me the bubble mark will disappear in 3 to 4 days. Nvr heard of such a thing when I change it at other places. The corner was even not sticking. Wasted rm39 on a screen protector and can't even last for a week. Worst is the protector started to have scratch when put it in the bag or pocket. Do you expect me to hold it 24hrs on hand to prevent the scratches?
