โ โ โ โ โ Unfriendly staffs. Please pay attention to your staffs attitude. Cashiers : most direct contact with customers, so you need to know about friendliness and desire to be helpful. Learn how to say thank you! Attitude toward customers can make or break a storeโs reputation. Bad customer services! Noticed about new membership promotion, but none of them actually want to explain about it to me! Please educate and train your staffs and fix their bad attitude. I thanked the cashier but he just keep on silence. Asked one of your staffs about one of your product and yes! She's not answering me! I have been to several other Ninso outlets inside and outside of the state but never experienced such disrespectful attitude from their staffs! Please take an action!

โ โ โ โ โ This is how Ninso staff wearing the mask in the picture when my sibling tell them wear mask properly, but they just give a big smile to us.
They didn't stop customer that who don't wear mask and given her enter their shop on the same day.
This is how Ninso staff think of FMCO? They do not follow the SOP.
