Staffs: Mildly friendly, but not rude. Prompt service. Strictly follows Covid-19 prevention S.O.P.
Food (belt): Ok. Got variety. A bit boring (maybe i went here too much). Quality and fresh ingredients.
Food (ordered): Variety. Tasty. Quality and fresh ingredients.
Price: Reasonable.
Comparison: Way better than sushi k**g. Especially the rice. Food temperature is just nice when served. Even the sushi on the belt is not too cold or dry (unlike sushi k**g!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who doesn't really eat sushi, I thought I'd give this a try (I've been turned off by other foods before only for me to eat a better version of that particular food and end up loving it) so this is only my 2nd time of trying to eat sushi.
Overall, I think it's okay. I particularly liked the unagi one (unagi is probably my favorite Japanese cuisine), but I do try a few that's outside of my comfort zone just to see what it tastes like. It's okay. Just that it probably can taste better.
After this, I definitely will try other famous sushi outlets, since I heard that other places offers much more option that this franchise. Or at the very least, I'd probably try eating at other Nippon Sushi outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed! I’ve always enjoyed their food here especially this kinoko ramen. It’s like a comfort food whenever your stomach doesn’t feel good or recovering from flu. It was damn salty today so I couldn’t enjoy the delicious soup. What’s even worst female staffs were super noisy and we were told that they will take a break at 5pm. If the owner is reading this, please check your cctv 10/12/2021 around 4:50-5:00pm and you will find that your staffs don’t deserve the break. They were laughing, hugging and teasing each other. Only the foreign workers were really doing their job cleaning after the customers.

The place was beautiful & peaceful, my only comment is that this particular franchise sometimes lacks in consistency, but not too bad. However their customer service is on point! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe reviews here are mostly staged ? ambience is good but sushi and sukiyaki are really so so ? the sukiyaki tastes salty, sliced beef not fresh. Pieces of sushi are of so so quality. Not good dining experience as waiting time is too long more than one hour just few dishes although only very few customers and staffs are a lot. On the roller don’t expect any sushi’s to come out the belt as they won’t make any haha… good luck sustaining.
