★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh. Grilled salmon was good. Gyoza OK. Ramen can be better - broth was bland and pork slices tough and bland. Nigiri not fresh. Katsu Don average at best

Let's break down the food, the unagi is are not warm, honestly doesn't taste good at all, the rice is soggy and the rice is mixture of Japanese and local rice. Japanese pancake is small and 17 for full and 12 for half but the taste just taste so so. Honestly night Market might taste better. Mushroom is the simplest thing however doesn't make any sense when reach to our table almost cold. Staff is talking very loud, check out the video I post as proof. Conclusions for my 2 cent, not recommended and not coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. The waitress seem frustrated all the time. Took the wrong order but still frus& show face. Didn’t bother to apologise.
Ingredients not fresh
Over priced considering the very very bad food quality
Tuna and oyster sashimi not fresh
Order unagi sushi, however the unagi was so little. Gave two big chunks of rice with one piece of seaweed. Cost us RM 42
Ordered ramen. Pork was not fresh, tasted weird. Using yellow noodles instead or ramen noodles. What kind of ramen is this?
Order salmon salad. Hardly find salmon in it, salad is too watery.
Chawanmushi is not warm up.
Not recommended. I would rate 0star if possible. :)

The staff all chit chat like at their own house. Talk loudly and zero service at all.
Even send a soup here never give a small bowl spoon to serve.
Compare to many years ago the service really form 5star drop until 1star

7 people with 7 meals, after 6 of us finished our meal, 1 of the meal still yet to come. Table behind us, just ordered.
We check with the waitress, she told us because teppanyaki takes time.
After 20-30min, we saw the waitress carrying a set of teppanyaki, walk pass us and send to the table behind. And it was teppanyaki salmon, we ordered the same.
When we saw the table behind got the salmon before us, this really get on ours nerves. So we walked out, and yes we got the money of teppanyaki salmon back.
By the way, the boss/manager not even apologized for this.
For this price tag, you could get better food somewhere else. And deserve to be treated better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would also rate a zero if that’s possible. The Oyako Don was close to tasteless. Like the chef just campur everything into the pot, heat it up, and that’s it’s.. the chicken thigh supposed to be boneless but included parts that are not edible..
