Needs consistency and software update for the ordering system. Customer service is excellent but the hot green tea tasted more like tap water and the inari looks less appealing from my point of view. Taste wise most of the foods are 4 out of 5..

The worst Japanese restaurant I have ever been, their service really worst . Called the waiters , no one bother , used the call button but still no one attend to you . They don’t great you or smile. Worst Nippon sushi outlet I have ever been as well , my best experience is Seremban gateway Nippon sushi

Used to frequent this. But my last visit was rather horrid. Been waiting for my dish to arrive for about 45 mins to no avail. Already enquire to 4 different staff the status of it when it had passed 25 mins since I ordered. No one even bother to return to update me on the order. Even the supervisor - with Bainun figure (sorry, I'm angry, I'm entitled to it), just asked "have you wait long?", then never return to update me. I have to even return 1 of the desert 3 times because messed up the order. I guess this is consumerism in Malaysia. You don't like the service, you can go elsewhere. Even when I'm paying for the rest of the meal, the Bainun supervisor have the gall to ask me repeated why I said 1 of the meal didn't arrive. She even mocked me when I paid. Throughout the whole ordeal, none of the 4 staff ever did say an apology. I always thought Japanese (or those who carry their brand image etc) is extra courteous.

Never order the sashimi. Go to Sushi Uchi Mesamall if you have a craving for it. They have pretty good baked oysters, kaiten sushi and tempura. If you hate to drive to KL for good Japanese food, go to Klana Resort Seremban Japanese restaurant for top notch quality. Ambience may look old but the food makes it all worth it. Chef and staff were warm and very informative.

This will be my last visit to this outlet. Very frustrating experience. Lousy servitude by the staff working on evening shift on 30 may 2022. We waited more than 30 minutes for our orders to be served after we have called for our order. Even then, we did not received our full order. After several inquiry into our order status, no one from the outlet came and explain to us on the delay and why we did not received our order. The staffs did not even bother to apologize for messing up our order. We came in hungry and we left with empty stomach.

Everything we had were delicious..the restaurant smell really nice. High end decor with clean toilet,musolla. We saw all the staff were on their toes busy working unlike other branch i visited in Batu Caves. The plating of the food feel expensive unlike in Sushi King. With a Fujisan wallpaper behind and nice japanese music really took me back to my vacay pre-covid..lol. and although the restaurant was full somehow the floor layout stil make it providing privacy
