★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nirwana has been promoting their services as one of the best and I believe they still need to train their staff . The follow ups of the person in charge or our parent tomb are so bad. We as the customer always have to call and follow up with them. They keep promised us and promised but did not delivered their product. Keep apologize for what? Always give excuses. That due to MCO or due to the contractor or due to that and due to this. As the person in charge, all the follow up must be done tip top. Customer do not want to know your problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ published to be one of the best services in this region but really a big disappointment. One of the worst customer service have i ever encountered. Call line not working ... not in service. Eventually when someone do pick up the call, call handling is so unprofessional !!!
What is the reply ...
"Always telling, refer to the link. Got incoming calls .. no time to entertain you". Rubbish !!! As if we are not busy !!
