What point for appointment if I still need to wait for hours? If u can't handle then don't accept so many appointments. Poor service and poor attitudes.

DO NOT BUY NISSAN CAR IN FUTURE. Oct 2021 sent car for checking aircond problem, found cooling coil minor cracked, Nissan put in gas while said waiting for warranty claim. Every month asked Nissan for claim status, replied waiting for approval and no part yet. Mid April 2022 warranty expired and early June 2022 sent car for aircond repair again due to getting too hot. Nissan said no more gas due to cooling coil leaks. Because of no more warranty, Nissan said cost of cooling coil replacement is about RM2500, if place order 3 days can get the part. This is how Nissan doing business. Those almost expired warranty owners, please be careful.

Having worse ever experienced.. No any service advisor to attend any customer. Need to wait for 1 hour. All counter are empty. When asked, being informed that all service advisor MC..

I made an appointment, it is what I expect j can get the service. But never expect that, after making an appointment, I still need to wait for just request for system check. Service staff give me such a bad attitude, macam I owe him 100 million. What service is this service center. Never counter such a bad attitude people. Such a simple question I ask - how long I need to wait (I had waiting for 1 hour), also get show offensive. Never again come to this service center.
