★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By 12:01 pm, the car is still outside the parking bay. All my business appointment canceled caused by this delay. Can you imagine my appointment at 9:30 am but after 2.5 hour the service have not started? Very poor resource and appointment planning. Your service center just under-Technician staffs. If the service center can't handle so much car please do not take so much order. This is weekday and not the weekend. Just be honest with us that your service center is overload and send the car some other day. What a disappointment! Please improve your service. I can see the staffs morale here is very low. All this will be the factors for me to considering buying my second new car with Nissan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Svc. Especially from the claim dept. No respond to customers' request as promised. No respond to missed call and message vis SMS and whatapp. No solution to customer problem. Give up after wasting almost 2 weeks times. Problem solved with help from other Nissan 4s Svc center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service centres around. They don't even pick up the calls to start with. It will be automatically disconnected. However, during lunch, it will be ringing but nobody is picking up the calls. Really disappointed and regretting buying Nissan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1sk 1k km service so it was fast. Made appointment thru a phone call as the apps and system didnt work.
No wifi available to allow clients to work at this service centre. No cookie points for this.
Otherwise, overall acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment 9.30 came from in 9.15 until 12.30 car still outside The poor coordination caused customers wasting their time waiting for the service to be done. Wonder what happened at this service centre, appointment time also need at least one to two weeks yet service can not be performed at appointment time
