★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my nissan navara enjin problem. Ended up paying 1k plus just for the part that is OK but still they change it. Car problem still the same. Really disappointed with the service advisor. 2times I went to nissan n spent nearly 2k but stil can't diagnosed the actual problem in my car. In my experience pls don't buy nissan cars anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am totally not satisfied with the staff service, when my parents went there to ask for a Nissan grand livina airbag service, they just give a customer service contact number and ask us to refer to them and calling to the customer service center for booking airbag service. The problem is we have calling at different time and many times but still unable to reach. Why such a lousy service provided and NEVER ANSWERING THE CALL. We are calling few weeks for so many times and end up it waste the time like one month. WTH! After that my parents went to a service center in Teluk Intan, they straight help us to arrange for the airbag service and provide us a priority service. You guys should improve on providing a efficient service to customer and not to provide contact and ask customer calling by themselves. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite having purchased my Nissan Almera 6 years ago, I have never regretted sending my car for servicing at this centre as I have received excellent customer services from their three customer services consultant personnel manning the front counters especially Mr Lui, Mr Michael Lee and and from the backroom end one Mr Foong Kah Kit. They would not hesitate to explain thoroughly on what need to be changed and carried out accordingly to the time frame and mileages before they send the car to the service section with an estimated bill and time to collect the car. They would made a personnel touch when any extra work or parts need to be attended by getting consent over the phone. I am more than satisfied and Syabas to all the service consultants and back garage staff of Nissan Service Centre in Jalan Kuala Kangsar.
