★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not very creative in managing customer and very selective dealing with people. Wasting my time waiting to be serve, instead of my car being entertain they easily entertain others where they see its more easy to be fix. Dont have the quality or effort to do things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop opened at 11.00am. The owner was at his desk smoking while talking to another lady customer. The worker was opening the shutters. After the lady left, I approached him and asked for a price to install an andriod player & alarm + central locking system for my Axia. His prices were absurd and he is charging me separately for things that comes together. E.g. Mohawk 2g+32g Android player at RM788 & not include the reverse camera. Mohawk speakers at RM198 for 2. Wiring & not included for central lock & alarm system at RM288. Workmanship not included. In total he tried to overcharge me for the job. He was very rude and sounded rowdy while talking.
