★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your employee named Amirun work very slow, know nothing some more behave a lot of personality problems toward customer vehicle WNP 3249. Once insurance get approved, he started to delay (which I already mentioned to him many times that I need to get back my car within 2 weeks), refuse to follow up, fear customer, play with customer, threathen customer, provoke customer, show arrogance towards customer, not respect at all towards the dignity of customer. Terrible service, I thought I was dealing with a thug instead of service advisor. Seems like the whole body & spray Nissan only that guy serve and deal with customer. This is the worst service advisor and body & paint workshop I ever encountered, that is the reason I withdrew insurance claim in the half way and take back my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont bother coming here if u r under insured or not using Nissan panel insurer... even if u agree to top up the difference... My car was left idling for 5 months... They gave plenty of excuses, did not do a single repair and in the end had to tow it and send to other workshop. Next time just be frank with customers and not waste ppls time and money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They told me my old grand livina has a faulty ignition coil. They change all the 4 ignition coil and spark plugs. Why like this? If only one is faulty, just change one coil. Why change all the spark plugs too?? The final bill 1800+ ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As for my own car BMU7656 being sent to Nissan Puchong for repair since April 2021, PSE GET IT DONE PERFECT, WITHOUT FURTHER DELAYS OR DEFECTS AND RETURN BACK FOR OUR USE URGENTLY.
