★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst transportation service i have ever used. These are few reasons NOT TO USE THEIR POOR SERVICE AGAIN!!!
1. Person-in-Charge is very irresponsible. I have repeated for so many times in whatsapp and call to stress the goods must be delivered on time at 9am but the person-in-charge didn't take note and inform the driver. No apologies at all.
2. I called to chase the person-in-charge early morning to ask about delivery status at 9:20am but he said they do not work at 9am because it's too early for them. WHAT AN EXCUSE! If you do not work so early at 9AM, pls tell people that you cannot take over this job because you are unable to schedule it.
3. Driver ended up being late for 3.5 hours at delivery address. Our engineer, customer, and wall plug worker keep waiting onsite for the machine for 3.5 hrs. Manpower cannot carry out their work due to late delivery.
4. IT'S A SHOCK!!! When our engineer opened the machine, we see a lot of FOOT STEPS on the machine. We complaint to the person-in-charge but of no avail. Again, no apologies at all. He didn't even check and get back to us why did it happen. Terrible attitude i have ever met in my life.
