β β β β β Waited 3 hours for the car service (2nd time) even with appointment, never prioritize customer that made appointment online. If you arrange ase on first come first serve basis, then what is the point for letting your customer to make appointment through the app?

β β β β β Quite busy. It took half day for normal service. The coffee machine is not working when I was there. But the staff are friendly. Good customer service

β β β β β I've a few times bad experience especially Nissan Glenmarie service centre. Previosly I'm having problem with wiper pump motor and reported to them, the problem than restore after they fix it then after 3 days then its happened again. So I'm decided to bring it to Nissan Service center PJ then they found the wiper pump motor faulty and replaced immediately.
Secondly, I'm changed my hybrid batteries and afterwards the automatic driver side window are mulfunction. I went Puchong service center and they fix it.

β β β β β Full service center. Been using their services for 5 years, so far no untoward incident. Friendly counter service. Decent time taken to service. And comes with free car wash. Insurance claims also pretty smooth (depends on underwriter too). Lounge comes with sofas, TV, a small work area, children play space, coffee machine, biscuits, and some breakfast (e.g. Nasi Lemak). Toilets are clean.

it which the side mirror had gave me difficulty when I drive in the night. Besides, thank to the Head of After sales as well.
