I would like to give a review on Nizam's Biryani in Puchong on bad experience which whether you willing to improve or not.
Staff
1.When i first came in to the Restaurant with my auntie, the plus size guy staff just ignored us and not attended to took an order. This is consider as rude towards customers.
2.We had ordered two biryani's one were Special Chicken Dum Biryani another one were Dum Vegetable Biryani. Your waiter gave only one Raita and one Curry. And my auntie asked back he said that we both for can finished the raita in one bowl and curry in one bowl. In the end he gave another bowl of Raita and Curry.
Food
1. The Biryani, I had to say it's not like Hyedrabad Biryani. Its like Biryani where they are selling at Food Court which some of it similar price as food court.
2.The raita part wasn't good. There are supposed to be more onion and the curry doesn't taste like curry. Is more taste like Kuah Kacang which we eat on Satay.
My advice
If you guys want to improve the restaurant image please improve your staff attitude as well as not to be rude. Secondly the taste was not like what I said Hyedrabad taste of Biryani it looks like cutting cost of food. And one more thing there are many ways you guys need to improve especially the attitude of staff as well as the taste of food by improving the image or else the name or the restaurant will be vanished in people's eyes in five to 10 years time. To said that we coming back again. I don't think so.

β β β β β Omg. The naan was like thick hard cardboard. Dry and chewy hard like you can crack a tooth trying to bite it. Totally cannot be eaten. The Samosa was tasteless and the filling watery, the pastry cracked so bad and got burnt. As for their hyderabad beriyani, I will rate it 2/5. It is barely edible. The chicken was full of bony parts only - 4 small portions with hardly any meat! Taste is 2/5. Wasted money. And no, this is not your competitor posting. This is a genuine customer who loves food.

β β β β β The food was perfect. One of the best Biryanis Iβve ever had in Malaysia in the past 7 years. Everything was perfect. Very tasty and delicious food and nice presentation. They also treated their guests nicely. I would surely come back again.

β β β β β The mutton briyani is one of the best I've tasted! Although I have to agree with some of the other comments that the meat portion is quite small for the price. That said, since the rice taste so good, I can almost forgive them, but I hope they can improve. I will be dining there again soon ??

β β β β β Found this restaurant in google map ad, and honest to God, this biryani is one of the best klang valley. I hope they can keep this standard. Price still acceptable and the environment quite nice (mostly are 4 person table). But the location ainβt that good. Anyway, keep it up!

β β β β β Rice portion is good and nice aroma, mutton is abit too less for me. Service is good however I have to -1 star due to staffs most of the time were not wearing face mask even when taking order during this COVID-19 pandemic.

β β β β β Authentic dum briyani. Very tasteful and service was good. Just that I feel the special dum briyani is extremely overpriced for the extra 4 pieces of chicken 65 and a boiled egg. That's the difference between special (Rm20.40) and normal dum briyani (Rm16.65). See the pics you will get what i mean. Also Ordered the okra masala and the quantity is so less for the price charged Rm16.70. Its a bit too much oil also in the okra masala.
A must order item is their Gulab jamun (Rm4.20) it's so perfect. Definitely going back for the Gulab Jamun. BTw, on Mondays they are open at 3pm only. So do give a call before going. ALSO, tandoor items available after 5pm only according to the waiter.
