They offer a variety of pork ie various cuts of meats for their BKT which the customers can choose from & mix & match with up to one's preference....a point I like most rather than subjected to the whims of set bowls. Price is very reasonable at RM13 per serving. Personal recommendation r:
1. Pork belly shop mix with strips of meat muscle (Chu Yok Kaan). If u like it hot...ask the chef to up the spiciness.??
2. Sang Kuat (fresh ribs in BKT soup). Must pre-order or wait for 30mins.
3. Dry pork belly
4. If u like tanginess....go for Stew Pork Knuckles. Ask for 2 bone Knuckles (Liong Chi Kuat)
For the quality of meat & the reasonable price.....I give it a 4*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bak Kut Teh soup was normal, but wat really nice was the dry Bak Kut Teh, the source is nice with little sotong and chilies and the pork should be a little fat to eat.
