★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mum to the clinic on Thursday, my mum has been suffering for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (as diagnosed by Doctor from Sunway Medical), but the doctor suggested for surgery so my mum wished to look for another alternative, so we give a try to the Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Doctor Teo promised my mum, saying that she will get 80% recovery after 3 days, and she gave treatment directly without prior acknowledgement of the pricing. My mum was so pained after Doctor Teo injects the first needle and asked her to stop, Doctor Teo answered: "you will have to pay the same amount even though you only had one needle injected, so do you want to continue?" , then only my mum asked about the pricing, it was RM350.
After 3 days, my mum DID NOT get even 1% of recovery, and she whatsapp Doctor Teo for explanation, Doctor Teo answers: "No explanation, illness has no absolute". We are really angry and disappointed, what kind of reply we get from the Doctor?
If she has no confidence, she should've tell us "illness has no absolute" beforehand, but not promised my mum will get 80% recovery after 3 days and tell us this kind of explanation after we paid. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
我在星期四的時候帶我媽媽去這間診所，我媽媽被Sunway Medical的醫生診斷為腕隧道綜合症 (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome)，由於西醫建議手術，所以我們想要嘗試中醫。
趙慧賢醫師保證我媽媽會在針灸的三天後得到80%的痊癒，然後就直接針灸，完全沒有提前知會價錢。在插入第一支針後，我媽媽因為太痛而要求停止，趙醫師回答: "就算你現在停止你也是要給錢的，你確定你不要繼續 ?"，然後我媽媽問了她價錢後她才說，是RM350。
三天後，我媽媽連1%都沒痊癒，然後她就whatsapp趙醫師想要得到解釋，趙醫師回覆: "沒有解釋，疾病沒有絕對。" 我們真的很生氣和失望，這算是什麼解釋 ?
如果趙醫師沒信心，她可以在一開始就告訴我媽媽 "疾病沒有絕對"，而不是保證三天里會恢復80%，在我們付錢後才告訴我們 "疾病沒有絕對"，這樣真的很不專業，很不負責任。
