★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter always wanted to go here at least once a week. She loves all the cute thing for her art works. I was also ended up bought a few packs of soil for planting activities. One of the staff (cashier) was kind enough, offering to send all the items that I've bought to my car which I parked quite far from Noko. He said the bag is heavy for me to carry with lots of soil packs. He even refused to accept the money I gave to him. Really appreciate his kindness. Thumbs up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs was very rude. First THE SUPERVISOR yelled at my friend for not wearing a mask when she clearly and accidentally forgot. Why couldn’t he say nicely? My friend is not deaf, why did he had to yell. Second, when me and my friend took a box of cat food with 12 packets inside and they LITERALLY PUT IT ON THE RM2 place. Then we went to the checkout, the staff scanned the box and it literally said “RM2”. Then suddenly the staff DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB and asked his friend then suddenly he scanned EACH PACKET IN THE BOX AND THE TOTAL ENDED UP BEING RM48!!! Then when I asked to remove the item, they said CANNOT because it’s “system rule”. The supervisor could’ve done it but HE was VERY USELESS AND ALL OF THEM WERE LAZY. NOKO did you hire a bunch of children with bad behaviour? Then when my brother went back for a refund and talked to them nicely, they started yelling and called him “BABI” (pig). Is this the kind of staff you hired? Good thing they refunded, but we do NOT appreciate the behaviour. Especially with VULGAR LANGUAGE. I hope you take actions on this NOKO. We’re deeply disappointed. Please check your staff CV/Resume before hiring them. Thank you.
