★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple yet comfortable stay. Strategic location. Ample parking in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Nearby to the famous ikan bakar restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. There is a convenience store just a few steps away and in mornings you can smell the rich aroma of nasi lemak from the restaurant down stairs.
There is a common water dispenser and room for ironing clothes. No elevator.
En. Khairul attended to me so well from booking to check out. Hope the management recognise his efforts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free wifi and have one iron room shared by 5 rooms. The cuckoo only works for cold water and it is strategic places. The infront desk prove templates for tourism places & food, will be helpful for unplanned vacation. But the cleaniness need to improve more and pls take note that some renovation still going on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not be fooled by the pictures.If you need a clean place to stay, this is not the place. This so called hotel is more like a motel, so they should call themselves a motel instead, not a boutique as well, honestly the place was dirty, the shower heat was okay, the wadrobe had a weird smell, there were ants on the floor and even on the bed. Never in my experience such hotel, the walls were not well maintained. When asked at receiption he did not know what to be done.The overall place was more like and old house turned to so called hotel. Iron room must be shared. Air cond barely worked. PLEASE NOTE : no elavator available. The price is considered cheap, but they really need to step up the game. On hind sight, the stafts were friendly and wifi was okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's practical. Room is clean. Wifi is good. Shower so so. I think it's the best Perlis can offer for budget motel of 100 to 200rm. Wouldn't call it boutique as deco is non existence. Didn't clean the room though between days of stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family room quite big. Got 24-hr drink supply by the cuckoo machine which was good!. However, we got room that one of the bed not well maintained. And so noisy at night due to restaurant at the back of the hotel playing music very loud which was not appropriate as there were housing area surrounding it! Disturbing people who need rest and to sleep early..
