โ โ โ โ โ the worst ever Furniture service in Penang.The lady Boss so rude..i bought rm15k things from this shop but the furniture roller was spoiled .Then called the shop to repair the lady boss reply cant do with very rude..She also reply once buy can't repair

โ โ โ โ โ The lady boss is dam rude...will never recommend this shop to anyone..so bloody rude to customers n egoistic..never allowed the customer to touch a book shelf even though it is wrapped with a plastic shield..will never recommend to anyone...all the other furniture shops aroud are more frenly...this is not the 1st time im encountering her rudeness.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service and dishonest people doing business here. Talked me into buying furnitures with good discount. Later called me to inform the bed has no stock. The uncle also said I cannot refund only can change to other item initially. So I spoke to another person in the shop and she said she will order similar bed for me. And later also cancelled again. I also ordered a cupboard and matress which she initially gave good discount. However few days later cancelled all orders for no apparent reason. Basically cancelled all last minute saying no stock and I demanded for my refund back. Which they have already given back the next day. I ordered the same item from other shop and the same items were readily available. I just felt these couple were very dishonest to me as a customer and caused a very messy process. Plesse don't go to this shop if you want a good shopping experience. Thank you.
