β β β β β I happened to buy a Napure Mattress to replace my old Slumberland mattress at the Harvey Norman Batu Kawan.The choices were of course there ranging from RM 3000 and above.Then there are also furniture to 'look and see' The space here is much bigger then that at Queen's bay mall.

β β β β β Bought a Breveille BES870 expresso machine before lock down after getting detailed explanation from the knowledgeable sale assistant and comparing with another brand. For electrical home appliances I highly recommend Harvey Norman due to their excellent service and more importantly the extendable warranties (payable) for longer protection.

β β β β β The staffs are so busy chit chatting and playing with their own mobile phone. No time to serve customer and let the customer play games on the iPhone 13 pro. I saw one lady (customer) looks so sleepy at the counter most probably waiting for the staff to assist her. Pity that auntie. While rest of the staff are doing their own things. When I asked for iPhone 11&12 one of the staff said no we donβt sell old model we only sell iPhone 13 pro max . What??? Then he continue to chitchatting with his colleague

β β β β β The staff is forcing you to take their warranty package so that they earn commision. There are plenty other store to buy from. If you want to go for a purchase next time at the very least dont go for harvey norman. Not honest when doing business.

β β β β β Many brands under 1 roof, knowledgeable sales staff, well equipped, modern, stylish place for electrical items.
Downfall was 2 delivery guys from Kl was Myanmar, (poor Malay and no English communication) and did not finish complete the setting up of washing machine that I ordered and left it unfitted ! (they said the piping fit is different )
Extra charges to call another fitter!
