★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water was spilled into My expensive office Laptop and not power up. The laptop is not on warranty. Luckily I gave service to Notebooks Zone in Digital mall. They done a wonderful service and got my laptop back. I would like to suggest Notebooks Zone for laptop services and repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product are at very low quality. Be careful with this dealer. I bought dell from this dealer. Beginning they sweet talk that everything will be good but after. Bangladesh workers are very rude and they blame you for everything. Conveniently they will say warranty only 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst IT business person i have come across in long time. These Bangla staffs have NO honesty & lack of professionalism on how to speak to customers who are not IT literate. One price was quoted on phone text msg & when u go there in person another price is quoted for same item. That's ok because there are shops and repair mens everywhere so i went over to another place to get my laptops fixed same day. Too bad for him, he lost abt RM600 worth of business due to his rude behaviour. Bro - kalau you mau kurang ajar dengan customer, sila belah back to your country ok. Will NOT recommend this business.
