★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss Mr. Moon is very helpful and always replies to any whatsapp inquiries. Prices are good and even if the item is not in stock, they will procure it relatively fast. I've bought many items form the store, notably HP Omen 17 and Envy 13..very happy with the products.
They also have another centre at Starling mall.
The only issue i have with them is the disparity between customer service from different employees. Some are very helpful and some are wither not interested or knowledgeable enough to provide assistance. I recommend identifying the good staff early on and stick to them for help...or just get Mr Moon to recommend the right help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not go back to the shop again as the price they offered was not reasonable. A non original adapter was sold to us *TRIPLE* the price of the market value yet still telling they are selling at cheap price. Dishonest!
*Advice: For computer accessories, please do check for market price online first before dealing with them.*
Should not trust them too easily even the person looks “professional”.
