โ โ โ โ โ My friend was stuck in the lift alone for 40 mins .Even she pressing the bell for help but no one entertain until the family realized and look for reception. I wonder if this hotel do regular checking on their facility ?As such bad experience I really hope that hotel management will look into this issue to avoid the inconveniences.

โ โ โ โ โ Its was unlucky as my meeting with client was changed to Novotel lounge lobby. My bad impression for standard hotel to serve customer teapot without lid and we ordered only 2 hot teas, if very crowded I understood but only us.
Management should look into this, small matter but image of hotel. Sorry to say this?
Foreign workers may not trained or studied in hotel management so not their fault

โ โ โ โ โ The rooms are newly renovated not long ago and is modern and up to date by novotel standard.
The location is fantastic and is 5 minutes from pavillion mall. However the hotel just restarted not long ago and the service standard is not up to precovid level.
The breakfast is also average but is expected due to level of vacancy. Otherwise great value and nice rooms and nice location.

โ โ โ โ โ Great Stay and wonderful services.
It is located near Pavilion at the Chulan Entrance as well walking distance to KL Convention Center and other location via the KL Bridge.
Nice room and well equipped Gym with well maintained Pool. Parking is narrow and cashless (don't forget your TNG card which can be validated once you check_out).
I came earlier and I was able to check in 2 hours in advance with the wonderful help of the Reception officer in charge.

โ โ โ โ โ Feroz who was taking care of the lobby lounge was very service oriented. My visitors who stayed in the hotel for 4 nights were very happy with him - sharing about things to do etc. We spent evening at the lobby lounge to cap the night and Feroz always was helpful. Kudos to Novotel having such lovely and dedicated staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Great location, great service, good spacious rooms. But the limited number of lifts making travel time going up or going down to be quite long especially during meal times, or check out hours. Waited 15-30 mins for a lift that is not full.

โ โ โ โ โ Stayed for 4 nights here. Weekdays breakfast was great however the choices were limited.
Weekends breakfast buffets was a disaster. Pastry, croissants, yoghurts, and mugs for coffee was all empty. Nothing left except crumbs and empty plates only around 9.30am. Arenโt your breakfast suppose to last till 10.30am? Slow in the refilling process which took ages.
Toilet (Shower) was clogged too and water was over spilling to the dry toilet area.
The light of the makeup magnifying mirror in the toilet was not functioning too. How am I suppose to apply makeup for my dinner event when your room light is so dim as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent location, at the doorstep of Pavilion and yet short walk to klcc and all the dining spots in the area. Room was spacious, modern and we especially appreciated the water filter faucet in the bathroom which means we can have unlimited filtered drinking water. Great idea! Would come back again.
