โ โ โ โ โ Fancy a romantic dinner with your love one? This should be the place.. especially if you want to propose (just give you some idea).. it's a little bit on the expensive side, but the view really worth it. Some memories that will last forever..

โ โ โ โ โ Great service, breakfast, and amenities provided. Pool had a nice view but didnโt swim as the water was cold. Very convenient for accessing pavilion though an indoor overpass. Rooftop view is amazing!

โ โ โ โ โ Check in process is very smooth and the hotel staffs are very polite. They make you comfortable sit and rest on the sofa without movement to the check in desk which difference treatment from other hotel check in. Welcoming drink is very special and refresh, will be great if can have slightly bigger cup. Great view for twin tower at swimming pool and dine in area. Gym facilities is good but can be great if more variety. The breakfast set is great and 5 star rating to be given except the dim sum. A very spacious room and city view. Overall a great experience and great if price can be more competitive.

โ โ โ โ โ Received quite a 'Suite' suprise, the hotel is pleasant and clean which is most important at the moment and it's not typical to have a dipping pool in the room that's a plus point. Overall the stay is ok with improvements from cleaner utensils in the room and better breakfast quality. Not going to share the pics as it doesn't go hand in hand with my expectations at least. The Vertigo bar serves pub quality drinks so lower expectations there too. Good view overall.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing hotel with great features in the king size room. Mr Raj went above and beyond for us on departure ensuring we had the correct taxi to the airport. Staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Definitely will be back to this lovely hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ Imagine waking up and dining on top of KL sky line. Banyan tree is one of the most friendly and hospitable hotels in KL and we have been to quite a few already due to the pandemic. Price wise, it is on the high side, but if you are looking to spoil yourself with a little luxury, this is a great place. It is smack right in the middle of kl city so, walking distance to all the malls.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff is really nice, friendly, polite and professional. Always clean the room nicely and even help to tidy my cosmetics which is really impressive. They provide much better service than the other 5 star hotel in KL, Banyan Tree is the best that Iโve experienced. The breakfast is very nice, of course the view too. Everything is perfect, will definitely come again!
