★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero mark for after sales service. The fan RUMMA with 5 blades DC motor use about one month only start giving issues. Initially auto stop by itself and after a few days it totally cannot start.
Design and motor seems not bad but the control system get zero mark.
Trying to support the local brand but totally disappointed with this terrible experience. No system for tracking after customer lodged the report and after three days still no action at all.
TERRIBLE BRAND with lousy after sales support and service.

NSB WA after sales service line (+6016 332 1690) is very convenient and I have received massive follow -ups despite CMCO. Their technicians received police permit to cross-over to Negeri Sembilan. They even sent an email to confirm the work order so that I could get police permit approved with no issue. Technicians arrived on time and waited despite my delayed arrival.
I hope the quality of NSB's after sales service would continue to benefit all other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Omega fans and have sensor and vibration/noisy issue. Then contact/whatsapp report and NSB send technician to support fast & 2 times to resolve my fan issue perfectly. Really appreciate Mr. Lim (very skillful & patient technician) who did the fixing and even do the balancing for all the fan blade today morning at my Aseana condo Puchong.
Absolutely impress & I'm very happy with that. Will definitely consider this brand for my future upgrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly not encourage to buy fan from NSB. Poor quality, after 1 year with only few times use, it is broken. Then the repairing and service fee is costly from NSB, and make it not worth to repair. This is the first time I bought fan from NSB and also the last time. Really Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampah, bought 2 fans, both broke within 2 yrs. The fan sometimes can work sometimes cannot work, repair each times charge RM90++. Not we don't want support local brand, but the quality suck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 out of 4 remote control spoilt. The customer service via WhatsApp is very poor and not responsive. Wanted to order the remote control and submitted the details, then only tell me need to check the stock, took one whole day still no reply.
