★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, very disappointed. Could not deliver the parcel on time. When call the phone number provided on the website within the working hour provided, no one pick up the phone. Called four times no one picked up the phone. Left a message and no one got back. Wish could rate lower than 1/5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ u guys keeping my parcel for more than a week with no update! my house is just few miles away from your warehouse and you cant deliver it after 1 week plus?! Sellers pls stay away from this courier if you do not want your buyers to rate you 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL experience, received Dell cable that I never purchased before, upon checking the tracking number then realised its the number that Airspace (Taiwan online boutique that I purchased clothes from) provided, but on the Airwaybill it indicates Istoreisend as the sender. Contacted both Airspace and Istoreisend, Airspace said they will arrange reverse delivery and provide refund while the latter said they will “investigate” and get back to me.
And a day passed without them getting back to me on their “investigation”. On the second day, then they replied saying that they are unable to assist as they are only 3rd party warehouse service provider and ask me to contact Airspace instead. Hello, the sender is you so you are not ONLY a 3rd party. And what happened to the results of investigation? Where did this dell cable come from in the first place?? From your side or Airspace? A warehouse or an online boutique store? I think I will need to wait another day for their reply cause the customer service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly poor service! Rate expensive than others fulfilment company but the service is very poor! Totally not worth with the price. They send wrong items to customer and it will take more than 1 month to collect the item back from customers. Need to email follow up more than 5 times to check the progress if not they will not arrange it.
This is their mistakes and it need us to wait more than 1 month to get back the stock. Do you think it make sense?
If you using their service, please check your invoice as well because they may include the fullfilment, inbound charges and postage for the reverse pickup even though you already email remind them to inform accounting department to waive it.
Want terminate also need to pay them count by per item charged and some more it take superrrr long time for stock count process. Very not flexible and not considerate company.
The only good thing is they have complete odin system with stock inventory and order access. However, that is no point if the service slow and poor till the MAX!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was a super bad experience using their service. Basically wasting money and energy to deal with such service.
1) Wrong item packed and delivered to customer
- 5 times consecutively within 2 months. And never provide any follow ups on how they should make arrangement on how to swap item with customer. Super slow process and never provided any updates.
2) Very slow fulfillment
- Always fulfill orders very late, almost on everyday basis orders are nearing expiry and had to chase their team. After chasing not even bothered to take action, leaving those orders almost got cancelled by online platform system.
3) Poor Customer Service
- Phone number can never be connected even during working hours. Email replies are super slow, and never bothered to provide any proper reasoning to whatever inquiries. Always replying "Will act accordingly" but no actions taken, and the only updates you can get from them are always "we are still checking". Not sure what is so hard that they checked more then 3 weeks there's not even a single update.
4) ODIN system
- The integration of their ODIN system and all online platforms are not good. Technical issues such as orders not synced, orders are in Ready to Ship but packages are not ready, stock inventory not tallied and slow integration of orders from online platforms. Not really reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good luck on using it. This system should make our life easier but when there's any issue with the shipment and delay, their customer service will never pick up your call and reply your email after a few days.
How are we suppose to reply to our customers? Ask them to wait for your reply?
They got too many big company client and if you are a small business, I recommend you can find another platform. Because whenever there's a big sales day, your orders will get ignore first. It will only be shipped after 2 days. Want to rush them? As I said bfr, they will never pick up your call lmao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: The people in iStore have reached out and offered a fair concession, which is admirable. No companies are perfect, and iStore has to do a lot to improve. Sad that it has to take a harshly worded google review to galvanize them to action, but fair is fair. Good luck on improving their service in the future.
I have the absolute misfortune of having to deal with these clowns. Slow is the operating principle in this company. Not only are they incredibly slow in everything, their customer service is non-existent. We created a parcel in 10th Feb and they stopped updating after 12th. At 28th, 6 emails later, we get the same canned message "we will update you as soon as we can". No communications whatsoever. We had to refund our customers while waiting for these bozos, and guess what, we have to pay for it.
Can't even terminate our services neither; you gotta pay for it. Also, all our items were stuck with some form of label that is impossible to remove. Our item packaging are all worse off because of this (the label covers up important instructions section on the packaging), not to mention the accumulation of dust and grime on the boxes, if they weren't squished already.
