★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TBS not fully Centralized Ticket Counter or staff with lack of knowledge. Tiket x blh tukar Destinasi walau lbh 24hrs awal. Persoalan adalah staf ambil masa utk bg Keputusan samada blh tukar atau tidak. Jawapan tbs hanya agen sahaja.
Ke-2 last minit tiket nk beli x blh issue sedangkan kebiasaan bas masuk lewat Dan byk seat yg kosong merugikan operator kenderaan i.eTransnasional.
Whatever seat ada kosong kna ler jual dahulu menyebabkan operator kerugian pendapatan serta membazir masa pelanggan disebabkan jadual seterusnya jam cth 1300pm terpaksa ambil bas jam 1530pm.
#HARAP AMBIL PERHATIAN DAN TINDAKAN OLEH PIHAK YG BERKENAAN. TIME IS MONEY.
 TBS not fully Centralized Ticket Counter or staff with lack of knowledge. Ticketing can be changed even if it is 24hrs early. The question is staff take time to decide whether to change or not. The answer is only agent only.
The last 2 minutes of tickets are bought x blh issue while late bus entry habits and empty seat by-pass are negligent to the i.eTransnational vehicle operator.
Whatever seat is empty then sells it to cause loss operators as well as waste of time customers due to the next schedule of hours of 1300pm forced to take bus at 1530pm.
