★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, they don't even deserve one star rating. How I wish Google provides a 0 or negative star option. First, their after sales service is terrible, they don't follow up and take 9 months in sourcing a place for you. Second, the salesman has made many mistakes during the process and caused many inconvenience.
I believe there are many other vending machines companies who are more passionate and professional in this industry.
This company is strongly not recommended.
Think twice before you buy from them.

Beside that, I love their after sales service which they are able to have fast response and always update me their latest info. Looking forward to buy more machine from them in the future. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually this company not even deserved 1 star rating, but due to google no have 0 star, so have to choice need to put 1 star. This company before sales anything ok, after sales everything can't.
Even a replacement part under warranty period, they want the customer to send back the faulty part to their company with courier( own cost ) then just can claim the warranty.
Even a small item the also unable to send the spare part first, it will make your business lost during the waiting period for replacement part.
They have no care about anything after sales machine.
Good luck who are buy the machine from them.
( Please dont buy the machine from them, you will regret, believe me. )
