★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The curry fish head was so delishhhh! Its taste different from malay curry, mamak curry, i love the curry omg, but you need to come early, the lauk usually finish early. Ayam rendang also nice, prawn sambal, and they serve herb tea as drinks hot and cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good...Known for its kari kepala ikan, the lemak but sourish taste type. Also has sotong, ikang goreng, selection of vege and some... The ambience is fine and service is alright. Halal place I guess as they hire malay staff and the patrons are a good mix of Chinese, malays and Indians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now taste so far so good not as before, and the girl take order service very bad, seating table only 2, and take away only 3, however never ask me was stand so long counter, keep do others notes order not sure is order ahead or what, this was I commented bad service. Dinning serve fast, parking can find at behind this bungalow. Operation hours: 10am-3pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to pandemic, my friends and I used to frequent this place for several reasons:
- it is halal
- fast and good service
- fair price
- delicious food (fish curry, chicken curry, mutton curry, grilled aubergine + signature iced herbal tea)
Throughout these 2 years, I found this restaurant to have the strictest covid SOP + compliance. As of today, while many places had allowed dine in, this restaurant still only running on takeaway basis.
Personally I am bit disappointed with this as I do miss their dine in experience. That being said, their food and price range are still the reasons I keep coming back to dabao. ??
