β β β β β Went for iftar during Ramadan - there is a wide selection of dishes which are tasty. Although the price (RM79.90 per pax) is quite pricey in my opinion but definitely worth it. However, the dining area is a bit crowded, I think they were trying to accommodate a lot of guests. All in all a pleasant experience

β β β β β for a room with bathtub the price is really affordable. cannot get that price in KL or Malacca. Haha. the room is spacious. I stay at King room and ask for baby cot. they provide supplementary mineral water on our 2nd day and change our towel. tidy up the bed. overall i am a satisfied customer.

β β β β β During checking in, the process was slow. Bellboy was attentive and friendly. Lobby and breakfast restaurant was hot, a/c was not on. Room was spacious and considerably clean. Already set highest fan & lowest temperature, barely feel the a/c. Parking is easy even during the weekend and school holiday. Breakfast food is simple and normal just like govt meeting breakfast, nothing grand. Nasi lemak, friend noodle, egg station, bread station. With the price given, Iβm satisfied but receptionist needs more training to make check in process faster. The hotel claimed to be 5 stars but the highest I can give is 3 stars based on my experience. This hotel is nothing close to 5 stars actually but can be improved.

β β β β β It's kind of new Hotel, I guess not more than 7 yrs. Facilities n decorations inside the room are of latest model, however due to shoddy works, things are falling apart, wall paper are coming apart, tap n faucet were not fitted properly n we're loosed. And most of all the cleaning are not done properly. What a sad thing, this good hotel will lose its attractiveness if serious effort is not done.

β β β β β As usual the cleanliness is really a big NO for this hotel. The toilet is smelly and mouldy, you need to be blind to not notice it. The toilet is in very bad smell. The cup is also mouldy and dirty. Overall cleanliness is 3/10. Not sure if the manager even do his work. The check in at front desk is fast and staff is friendly.

β β β β β The cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The rubbish at the main entrance is not collected since I check in and the room is not clean. The toilet is so dirty. The breakfast is good, they serve variety of food including dimsum and the staff of the hotel is helpful.

β β β β β Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The cleaner, on the other hand, does very little cleaning. The room was dusty, there were a lot of hairs in the bathroom and on the carpet, and the toilet was stained. The bath tub had a few dirty stains here and there, and the bed cover had a hole in it with a blood stain on it. The room stank. And, to my surprise, there was a panty next to the mini fridge. This would not occur if the cleaners did their job. The cleaning staff would have done a better job if the manager had done his or her job properly. And the breakfast was a letdown. With the repeatability of the dishes during my brief stay there. And, yes, the lobby and restaurant were hot, despite the lack of air conditioning. It was a long and exhausting stay. It is preferable to find a smaller, lower-star-ranking hotel that is cleaner.

β β β β β Check in <10mins. Ample of parking space. Room Deluxe twin- spacious and comfy enough for 2 pax. Can tell that this hotel(room) surely has seen better days by the peeling wallpaper and greying carpets. Towels provided but no hand/face towel? Coffee sachet provided but no spoon? Bathroom/tub clean but some need repair, but overall ok. No major negative for me. Bed is large, comfy and nicely made ?. Breakfast menus - very good actually ??
