★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent my 3 cats as they've fallen sick. Told the doctor that they were sick and having flu, one of them puke yellow substance, but the doctor didn't check their temperature, or do any test to confirm if it's virus infection, which my usual vet did even though I said it's just a fever.
Long story short, 1 of my cats died few hours later.
But the doctor and staff are very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many cats boarded or warded here are not kept in an optimal set-up or environment. The vet is not as sharp as the others in JB either. Pricing is relatively lower though. Some of the medication given was generic brand, too. But I've managed to get the vet to give me the right medication and conduct needed checking by requesting based on experience. It is not a good place if you're not familiar with the medical condition of your pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un experienced vet, my dog got an eye infection, he just cleaned it but condition worse because no treatment for the infection. Suspected tick fever, did some expensive blood test, seems negative but my pet condition got more weak and sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good veterinarian and has served my family as our pet's vet for years! Despite what is in another review, Dr. Izuan welcomes all kinds of animals and is very, very experienced at handling both cats AND dogs alike. A big guy with a ready smile, he is very friendly with all his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc knows my dog is going to die but she never tell she just say that the dog will survive after gave medicine.When I reached home and dog dies in few minutes after that I called the doc and ask she us telling that the dog is effected by the virus and the overall cost is rm300 but I would recommend it to others for the service and emergency cases. :)
