★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to this Grooming Saloon by Ms Priteena Kaur as she is extremely happy with their clean and sanitised grooming and highly recommended them to me.
As I entered their Saloon, immediately I saw how clean and odour-free the area was. Very spacious too. Both the ladies there are amazing and welcoming. They greeted me and without me realising, they even paid attention to my dogs and were connecting with them. Amazingly, Vicky was able to befriend my dogs without hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised by her ability to do that extremely fast. I felt at ease and knew that my dogs were in good, experienced and kind hands!
Vicky is polite, kind, friendly and helpful. She is patient and conscientious with her grooming and she cares for my dogs. She is meticulous and taught me tricks on how to cut my dogs nails as it’s quite difficult for me.
She called me once they were groomed and shared with me her experience and how my dogs behaved. Excellent service and a wonderful experience for me. This is refreshing and I will most certainly be sending my dogs there moving forward.
Their prices are extremely reasonable and they want us to come back! They take the time to talk to you and are always smiling and laughing.
Please I highly recommend them to all of you, and you should send you dogs to them.
