β β β β β A PJ dining establishment with a long history (since 1974), it continues to serve authentic and delicious Penang style Nyonya dishes. Parking is ample. I personally liked the petai with prawn (sambal using petai), kapitan curry and sayur paku lemak.

β β β β β First time trying out Nyonya ss2 and during cMCO. We ordered pack away. Being a Penangite i have high expectations on food taste. My wife is baba nyonya. She loves Nyonya food. We both agree the food is Really Good even for pack away order. You should check it out. Especially the Kapitan Chicken. You will probably sweat as the food is spicy but it is certainly Worth it :)

β β β β β Authentic nyonya food - an absolute fav haunt!
We have been frequenting this restaurant and the consistency of quality & taste has never failed to impress! From the moment you step into the place, you would get a very homely feel. The service is warm and friendly, the food is really yummy and fresh!
Pls note that you need to call ahead for reservations, as they are very popular especially on weekends!

β β β β β Another restaurant that managed to survive the test of time.
Ambience is relaxing with yellow lighting. Food is pretty much consistent over the years. Have eaten here multiple times but have yet to write any postings.
I recalled they have full moon catering for newborn babies. Full moon is a term when the baby reaches a month old for a Chinese family, by the way.
The aunty always agreed to me asking for sambal belachan foc. It's chargeable btw but then no Nyonya food is complete without one dollop of these!
We had paku lemak, soft shell crab, inchi kabin (fried chicken with spices) and gulai fish this time around. As mentioned earlier, food has been consistent over the years and pretty much authentic in that sense.
Did you know they have a good variety of kueh as well?

β β β β β Authentic and flavourful peranakan/ nyonya food. Food portion is quite large hence they have the tendency to stop you from over ordering (donβt take this gesture negatively)
