★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, we ordered teh tarik, it came with no milk, tasteless. Then, we got them to change.
The service is slow. The food taste ok.
However, I almost crack my teeth in my last bite because there’s a tiny stone. We did finished the food so we feel tired to complain.
Then while we pay, we realised we should get a free chendol (there having a promotion and we fit the condition) but the waitress did not inform us.
To the owner, please improve ur service for god sake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 11am for brunch. Service a bit slow. But the food was gewwd. Char kuey teow was spicy but nice!!
Edited- When we’re eating, the staff came and asked us to review and we’ll get free voucher and 1 free drinks. After paying, they said, cannot give voucher because we only gave them 3 stars. So now i am changing my previous review to 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's great that they have a lunch set. Food was also good. The only thing is that it takes ages for the food to come over. Be prepared to be out for lunch for atleast 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I say just okay. Nothing too special about it or as my dad always say, nothing to shout about. You just can't go wrong with it if you want a 3.5/5 taste with a 3/5 price point food. A safe option for when you don't know what to eat (which in my case is always). They do have extensive menu which I will try in the future, to be fair to restaurant. Overall 4/5 because I like the set up. Retro like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste is ok, drink is better. However, I don't understand why the waiter always forgot our order. We waited for about 40 minutes. Many tables that came later than us has already served the food. After urging many times, My friends and I had planned to leave after finishing the drink. The food was served 5 minutes after we said that we will leave, and I didn't quite understand why this has done to us? I have always liked Malaysian restaurants for friendly service and delicious food, may be just this restaurant is different

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this cafe somehow. They have a good selection of Nyonya dishes. The nasi lemak sambal was very nice. Most customers prefer to sit outdoor but I prefer the inside of the cafe. Cooler. Cendol! I forgot to take a picture! A must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice simple set up. Indoor and outdoor sitting available. Outdoor seating recommended.
Curry fish head is good with light curry texture but dun be fooled by the super huge pot they served with it, is actually contained very little flesh.
The sambal tofu we had is so so..can skip it.
Ice kacang as dessert... yes is good.
Service is attentive. Pricing is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it was a disappointing experience. Went there with my family for dinner. Since not many choices of restaurants for course meal, we decided to try here. We were the second customer at 7.08pm. Ordered food and wanted try the curry fish head with a few more dishes. After ordering , the waitress came back and said the fish head will take 40mins,so we decided to cancel. Change to curry chicken. Then we started waiting, the drinks and ice kacang came. Acceptable. Then starts the nightmare. Waited for 40mins, very slow service. More ppl coming in but 1st table just got served. Then our first 2 dishes came but they serve 1 rice. We told them we ordered 6. Then waited another 3mins, they another dish n 2more rice. We told them again 6. Waited for another 3mins, finally all in but the balance 4 dishes took another 5mins. So it took them almost 1hr to complete. The first table requested an empty plate, took 3mins. If you observe the whole restaurant, clearly show no system for floor staffs. No smiling face. No experience staff to guide or supervise the young waiters n waitresses. They look lost. Food was like just ok but all serve cold. Suppose to be at least warm.
Other tables also started being impatient. No wonder not many ppl. Most guests were first timers judged by their reaction n look. For me definitely not coming back. Hope the management seriously look into this. Located in such a nice place and failing to live up to the standard. How long can you last? Sigh... Good luck
