โ โ โ โ โ Tea time set which they served from 3pm the best time to enjoy. Usually we ordered chicken mayo sandwich which comes with 2 cups of coffee or tea and a piece of cake which is less than RM30. Should try the chicken pie which served with salad.
Varieties of sandwiches, coffee and tea available too. Recommended for dine in, take away or delivery

โ โ โ โ โ Early riser don't have much choice in Sunway Velocity, there is only a handful of shop that are open early, and O'Briens is one of them which started business from 8am. There is not a lot of choice for breakfast and all item are simple. This possibly appeared to be the most filling one, so I picked it. Nice choice of me. :) Croissant is crispy and fluffy. Easy going type of food. It would be nicer if the ham slices are warm enough, my food doesn't get to warm up nicely, I deduct mark for that. It is affordable set with a drink of your choice. Price: RM14.90, Food: 7/10

โ โ โ โ โ We went after 10am and it was not opened on time. Once, opened we sat and there was only 1 staff around. After 20 to 30 minutes, we went to place our order and she told us she make the sandwiches and not the drink. As the staff hasn't arrived?
This was a week day, it really spoiled our day. So annoying. There are so many people looking for job, please employ those who are in need of a job. Not irresponsible staff. She didn't even bother to tell at the initial stage. At least we would have wasted our time.

โ โ โ โ โ Most of the O'Brien's items found in other outlets are missing here.
When my wife and I entered at 11:30am there were no staffs to be found anywhere. The display looks very empty and we were wondering what is the breakfast set menu. We then proceed inside and then a staff came out from the kitchen. She mentioned Breakfast set is only until 11:30am and I saw the time was 11:34am. Didn't wanna argue so we ordered our food and proceeded to the table. Surprisingly all the tables except one is dirty with coffee stains and bread.
I do not blame the staff as she was fast and attentive. But she was alone running the whole outlet. I blame the management for not providing enough manpower to keep the outlet in top condition.
